All UNIQUE IDENTITY is made to order and will take aprox. 3-6 weeks to ship. Orders will not be produced until full payment is made. For rush orders at an additional fee, please contact us directly at info@uniqueidentity.com.

We are flattered you chose us for your fine jewelry purchase. If any unforeseen issues arise with your order, we will contact you directly for resolution.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. In certain cases, pieces may be exchanged at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us directly to discuss your order. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges.

Personalized items are always final sale.

Should you require a repair, please contact us at info@unique-identity.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Unique Identity will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.

REPAIRS:

All UNIQUE IDENTITY jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from delivery. QUALITY GUARANTEE does not cover:

-Damage caused by careless or incorrect use

-Breakage caused by accident, tampering and/or repair attempted by unauthorized persons

-In particular stones broken or lost for one of the above reasons.

-If the items are received in a faulty condition or were received damaged or have manufacturing -defects that occurred within the warranty period, please contact us immediately.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:

All shipping rates are calculated through SHOPIFY and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.

We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
