At Unique Identity DMCC, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade jewelry. Due to the unique and delicate nature of our pieces, all sales are considered final.
Exchanges
In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, permit an exchange for an item of equal or greater value within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Personalized and custom-made items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Quality Guarantee:
UNIQUE IDENTITY DMCC jewelry is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of delivery.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at info@unique- identity.com.
This Quality Guarantee does not cover:

Damage resulting from careless handling, improper use, or neglect.
Breakage caused by accidents, tampering, or repairs attempted by unauthorized third parties.
The loss or breakage of stones due to any of the aforementioned reasons.

Repair Process:

• Should your jewelry require a repair, please email us at info@unique-identity.com with the following information:
• A clear description and photograph of the item needing repair.
• A detailed explanation of the required repair.
• Your original sales invoice details (order number, date of purchase).
• Your full contact information.
• All repair requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Unique Identity reserves the right to approve or deny any repair at its sole discretion, depending on the nature of the damage.
• Damaged or Faulty Items
• If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or believe it has a manufacturing defect within the 3-month warranty period, please contact us immediately at info@unique-identity.com so we can promptly address the issue.

SHIPPING, TAXES AND DUTIES:
